NPL : Two Matches Scheduled Today in Kathmandu

Two key matches of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) will be played today in Kirtipur, featuring Janakpur Bolts, Chitwan Rhinos, Pokhara Avengers, and Karnali Yaks.

The second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) continues in Kathmandu with two matches scheduled for today. Both matches will take place at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur.

The first match, starting at 11:45 AM, features the defending champions Janakpur Bolts against Chitwan Rhinos. Janakpur Bolts, currently at the bottom of the table after four consecutive losses, aim to keep their playoff hopes mathematically alive by securing a win. Chitwan Rhinos, who have won two out of four matches, will look to strengthen their chances of reaching the playoffs with another victory.

The second match, beginning at 4:00 PM, will see Pokhara Avengers facing Karnali Yaks. This match carries significant playoff implications for both teams. Pokhara, with only one win from four matches, must secure a victory to stay on track for a place in the playoffs.
